Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. If you are
outside the UK, email hello@smallwonderuk.co.uk and tell us where you are —
we are growing the list.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed
during the weekend are processed the following Monday. Once your order leaves
our warehouse you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you can
follow your parcel.

Delivery options and costs
Standard Shipping: free on UK orders of £50 or more. Orders under £50: £3.99.
Typically arrives within 3-5 business days from dispatch.
Express Shipping: £6.99 on all UK orders. Typically arrives within 1-2
business days from dispatch.
The order total used for free shipping is the value of your items after any
discount code. Delivery costs are always shown at checkout before you pay.

All parcels are sent using a tracked delivery service. Delivery times are
estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. They exclude
weekends and UK public holidays.

Delayed or lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us
at hello@smallwonderuk.co.uk or on +44 7768 537933 (Monday to Friday, 9am -
6pm UK time) with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and
resolve the issue.

Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice an
error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot redirect a parcel once it
has been dispatched.

Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. See our Refund
Policy for the full process.
