Our 30-day guarantee
We want you to love your Small Wonder products. If you are not happy for
any reason, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it --
even if the products have been opened and used. Returns are free: we
provide a prepaid UK return label.

How to start a return
Email hello@smallwonderuk.co.uk with your order number, or call
+44 7768 537933 (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm UK time). We will send you
a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send
items back without contacting us first.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will confirm by email and issue your
refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank
or card provider may take a few additional days to post the refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective
or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we will replace it
or refund you in full, including any delivery costs.

If you paid for delivery and cancel within 14 days under your statutory rights, your refund includes the standard delivery charge.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have and place a
new order once the return is accepted.

Items we cannot accept back
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Your statutory rights
If you change your mind, you also have the legal right under the
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days
of receiving it and receive a full refund. Nothing in this policy
affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer
Rights Act 2015 if a product is faulty or not as described. Our 30-day
guarantee is offered in addition to these rights.
